2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use

a) When you visit our website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• Website from which the access was made (referrer URL),

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form is processed in accordance with our data processing notice

• you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,

• in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and
• this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO

4. Cookies

We do not use cookies on our website. This does not apply to technically necessary cookies from the service provider Microsoft when you access our online appointment booking page. The information on the processing of your data by the service provider Microsoft can be found above under section 4 lit. a)

You have the right

8. Data security

When you visit our website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead.
